2023
A frustrated weekend.
Co-founders Aarav and Mei spent a weekend building a chatbot for Mei’s family restaurant after a third no-show that month. It worked. Within two weeks, four other restaurant owners asked to use it.
2024
Voice agents that pass.
We shipped sub-500ms voice in March. By July, customers were running full sales motions on Convoking voice agents — and we hit our first $1M ARR with a team of seven.
2025
Series A. Custom builds.
Closed $14M led by Square Peg. Opened a bespoke-build practice for enterprises that needed agents wired deeply into their stack. SOC 2 Type II completed.
Today
2.4M conversations and counting.
Convoking handles millions of conversations across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, finance and hospitality. We’re hiring engineers, ML researchers and customer engineers — in Sydney and remote.
